Linda D. Barker

About Linda

As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Ms. Barker is the chief legal adviser responsible for advising management on legal issues affecting the Firm and its clients. Ms. Barker is responsible for setting corporate governance and managing various contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters requiring legal expertise. She received a Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School and reports directly to the Firm's CEO.

Prior to joining Los Angeles Capital, Ms. Barker served as the Deputy General Counsel of Trust Company of the West ("TCW"). Prior to TCW, Ms. Barker served as Special Counsel at Heller Ehrman LLP and as a partner with Hufstedler Kaus & Ettinger.
