About Jennifer

Ms. Reynolds is Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Director of Los Angeles Capital. Ms. Reynolds is responsible for the oversight, administration, and strategic direction of the Firm’s compliance programs. In her role as CCO, she is responsible for developing and promoting internal policies and procedures that are designed to keep Los Angeles Capital in compliance with laws, regulations, client agreements, and company policies. She is also responsible for formulating and implementing Los Angeles Capital’s operational risk program and is in charge of reporting compliance activities and operational risks to the Board of Managers.

Ms. Reynolds joined Los Angeles Capital in 2002 in the Portfolio Operations group before becoming Chief Compliance Officer in 2007 and Director in 2019. She also served as the Firm's Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2020. Prior to joining Los Angeles Capital, Ms. Reynolds worked in the Portfolio Operations group of Wilshire Asset Management and the Investment Division of City National Bank.
