About Janice

Ms. Duenas is Director, Portfolio Operations, overseeing a wide range of back-office processes, with key oversight of account reconciliation, conversions, performance management, and corporate actions. Ms. Duenas is also responsible for oversight of trade processing and settlement of domestic, global, and emerging market securities. She works closely with the Portfolio Management and Trading teams on operational policies and procedures. She also is involved with fair value issues at the Firm. In addition, Ms. Duenas is responsible for the accounting process on all limited partnerships for which Los Angeles Capital acts as a general partner and works with third party fund administrators.

Prior to joining Los Angeles Capital in March 2014, Ms. Duenas worked in operations and trading for several firms, including Provident Investment Counsel, Loomis Sayles, and Analytic Investors. At Provident Investment Counsel she managed a group of 11 trading and operations specialists and developed trading and operations policies and procedures to serve the firm's clients as well as protect the firm from execution risk.
