About Nelli
As Director of Human Resources, Ms.Arutyunyan is responsible for the oversight and management of the HR operations of the Firm, which includes payroll and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, labor laws, and legal compliance. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and received her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University. She is an active member of the Cal Chamber, Society of Human Resources Management and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management.
Before joining Los Angeles Capital, Ms. Arutyunyan served as the Human Resources Manager at two different engineering companies. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources Director and Chief Operating Officer at MassMutual Financial Group’s Northern California agency.
